Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session to avoid a standard cancellation fee.
Arrival Reminder
Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time. To respect all students, late arrivals may not be admitted once training begins.
Online Coursework
For blended learning classes, all online modules must be fully completed prior to arriving for your in-person skills session.

What class do I need?
The right class depends on your workplace requirements. Healthcare providers typically need BLS, while teachers, trainers, and general workplace staff usually need Heartsaver CPR/AED. If you are unsure, please contact us before booking.
Do I need a book?
Yes, the American Heart Association requires all students to have access to the current course manual before, during, and after the class. Manuals can be purchased during checkout or provided by your employer.
How do I receive my certification card?
You will receive your AHA eCard via email within a week of successfully completing your course and skills test. You can access and print your card directly from the AHA portal.
Do you offer mobile training?
Yes! We can bring our instructors and equipment directly to your office, clinic, or facility for group training sessions. Please contact us for group rates and availability.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule your class up to 48 hours before the start time using the link in your confirmation email. Late reschedules or no-shows may require a rebooking fee per our cancellation policy.
