At NTS CPR & Safety Training, we strive to provide a professional, organized, and supportive learning environment. Please review the following policies before booking your class.

Our Standard Policies
Booking Policy
- Full payment is required to reserve a class or private session
- Seats are limited and booking is first come, first served
- Students should ensure they register for the correct course type
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full payment is required to reserve your class or private training session.
Because class sizes are limited, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class are non-refundable.
Students who do not attend their scheduled class without notice (“no-call/no-show”) forfeit the full class fee.
Rescheduling may be permitted with proper notice and availability.
Private mobile and group training sessions require advance scheduling and may be subject to travel fees outside the Emporia area.
Students returning for additional remediation or repeat skills checks may be subject to a $20 rescheduling fee.
NTS CPR & Safety Training reserves the right to reschedule classes due to low enrollment, weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event a class is canceled by NTS CPR & Safety Training, students will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Certification Cards
- Certification cards are issued electronically
- eCards are processed through the Training Center
- eCards may take several days to process and can take up to 20 days depending on processing times
- Students must provide accurate email addresses on class paperwork
Arrival & Attendance Policy
- Students should arrive 10-15 minutes early
- Late arrivals may need to reschedule
- Participation in hands-on skills is required
- Students must successfully complete all required skills and testing for certification
Blended Learning Policy
- Online coursework must be completed before attending skills sessions
- Students must bring proof of completed online coursework
Mobile & Private Training Policy
- Mobile and private sessions require advance scheduling
- Travel fees may apply outside the Emporia area
- Group training starts at $250 and includes up to 3 participants
Health & Safety
- Equipment is cleaned and sanitized between classes
- Students who are ill should contact NTS CPR & Safety Training before attending class
